What was it like?

Sundae-gukbap is a Korean soup made from sundae and served with rice. Sundae and other innards are cooked together with noodles, red pepper and salt. Rice might be added to the soup or served separately. Other ingredients may include onions,sesame leaves, cabbage and other vegetables. Different spices can also be addedto improve taste.

Sundae gukbap can have a bloody smell if not properly cooked. When it is cooked well, sundae gukbap is a delicious and very nutritious food.

Kimchi and kkakduki are common side dishes served with sundae gukbap. Most restaurants serve several other condiments to be added by the customer after the meal is served.

Sundae gukbap is a great cure for hangovers.
